There is a very good reason that I am, according to Google, (and my no-longer-single-clients) the number one dating portrait photographer in Atlanta, and it’s surprisingly simple. The portraits I create capture the RIGHT potential partner’s attention, and signal to the WRONG folks, that yours is NOT the profile for them. How? Because my experience you begins with investing the time, energy and all of my skills to truly get to know you, the authentic you, the you usually guarded and reserved for close friends, family, and romantic partners. I do this very quickly, because developing comfort and trust in no time at all is as much my art and skill-set as lighting, posing, and taking superb photographs. It is the heart of the reason my clients find themselves in long-term relationships and married, more often than not. The truth is that online dating over 50 is largely about getting the most effective pictures that capture the right person’s attention, which is is the art part.

We strategize together on looks, wardrobe, locations and most essentially, conveying the most essential pieces of life that make you, you… we imagine in great detail the person you are intending to attract into your world. Why? Because when we’re creating images together, I will help you imagine THAT PERSON, not me and my camera… the moment the shutter clicks. THAT process changes everything, and sets you far, far apart from selfies and phone pics and posed, forced, inauthentic images. Dating after 50, 60, or 70 seems daunting, and not one of my clients ever thinks they can take a decent picture. I let them know THAT is NOT their job, it’s mine. Their job is to show up, set their fears and hesitations, quiet their “inner critic” just long enough, to allow their authentic beauty to shine, and me to press my camera’s shutter.
